எங்களைப் பற்றி

முதலில் இப்படி "Jaffnese - யாழ்ப்பாணீஸ்" என்ற அமைப்பு தொடர்பாக "எங்களைப் பற்றி" என்ற தலைப்பில் எழுதும் நிலமைக்கு எங்களை வளர்த்துவிட்டவர்கள் எம் யாழ்ப்பாண மக்களே. அவர்களின் ஆதரவுக்கு எமது பணிவான நன்றிகள். 

தொடர்ந்து செல்வோம்... 

ஆரம்பம் 

Jaffnese இன் முதலாவது வெளியீடு "Jaffnese - யாழ்ப்பாணீஸ்" என்ற முற்றுமுழுதாக யாழ்ப்பாண நினைவுகள், பண்பாடு, கலாச்சார விழுமியங்கள் என்பவற்றை பிரதிபலிக்கும் வேடிக்கைமிக்க Facebook மீம்(Meme) page ஆகும். இப் பக்கம் ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டது யாழ்ப்பாணத்தில் கொரோனா பரவல் ஆரம்பமாகி, குடாநாடு முழுமையாக முடக்கப்பட்ட காலப்பகுதியில் ஆகும். அந்த நேரத்தில் பல உதவி அமைப்புக்கள் தன்னார்வமாக அர்ப்பணிப்புடன் இயங்கிவந்த வேளையில் சில போலி சமூக அமைப்புக்கள் திடீரென உதயமாகி தம்மை விளம்பரப்படுத்திக்கொள்ளும் நோக்கில் தம்மையும், உதவி பெறுவோரையும் கையேந்தும் நிலையில் புகைப்படம் எடுத்து அவற்றை சமூக ஊடகங்களில் பரப்பிக்கொண்டிருந்த வேளை அவர்களை Meme வழியே நகைச்சுவை உணர்வுடன் கண்டிக்கும் நோக்கில் ஆரம்ப கட்ட மீம் கள் உருவாக்கப்பட்டன. அதன் தொடர்ச்சியாக ஏற்கனவே குறிப்பிட்டது போன்று யாழ்ப்பாண நினைவுகள், பண்பாடு, கலாச்சார விழுமியங்கள் என்பவற்றை பிரதிபலிக்கும் மீம்களை வெளியிடத்தொடங்கினோம். அவற்றிற்கு மக்களிடம் இருந்து அமோக ஆதரவு கிடைத்ததோடு, அவர்கள் தமது நினைவுகளையும் பகிரத் தொடங்கினார்கள். அவ்வாறான பகிர்வுகள் காரணமாக ஒரு கட்டத்தில் இருந்து குறித்த "Jaffnese - யாழ்ப்பாணீஸ்" Facebook மீம்(Meme) page ஆனது யாழ்ப்பாண மக்களின் நினைவுகளை பரிமாறிக்கொள்ளும் மையம் போல தொழிற்பட்டுவருகின்றது. ஏப்ரல்-2020 இல் ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்ட இப் பக்கமானது தற்போது எட்டு மாதங்களில் 10000 (10k) விருப்புக்களை பெற்று 100000 என்ற இலக்கை நோக்கி பயணித்துவருகின்றது. இதன் தொடர்ச்சியாக நவம்பர் - 2020 இல் Instagram இலும் குறித்த பக்கமானது இணைந்து meme களை பகிர்ந்து வருகின்றது.

இணையதளம்

 யாழ்ப்பாணத்திற்கே என்றான ஒரு தளம் இருக்க வேண்டும். அதில் தொடர்புகள், வேலைவாய்ப்புக்கள், கல்வி, அத்தியாவசியம், அவசரம்..... என அனைத்து விடயங்களும் உள்ளடக்கப்பட்டிருக்கவேண்டும்... யாழ்ப்பாணத்தான் ஒருவருக்கு எந்த தேவையொன்று ஏற்பட்டாலும் அதற்கான தீர்வு அத் தளத்தில் இருக்கவேண்டும் என்ற கனவு எங்கள் மனதில் இருந்துவந்தது. அதற்கான திட்டமிடல், வடிமமைத்தல் என எமது குழு கடுமையாக பணிபுரிந்து Beta Version இல் Https://www.jaffnese.com என்ற இணையதளத்தை தைப்பொங்கல் தினம் - 2021 இல் வெளியிட்டுள்ளோம். இதில் பலபிரிவுகள் ஏற்படுத்தப்பட்டு பல தரவுகள் தொகுக்கபட்டுள்ளன.

 இது ஒரு பெரிய நோக்கை கொண்ட திட்டம் என்பதால் தொடர்ச்சியான பரிணாமவளர்ச்சியானது இத் தளத்திற்கு தேவைப்படுகிறது. அதற்கு இறுதிநிலைப் பயனர்களான உங்களிடம் இருந்து கருத்துக்களையும் ஆலோசனைகளையும் காலத்துக்குகாலம் எதிர்பார்க்கிறோம். யாழ்பாண மக்களுக்கு ஏற்றவாறு எம்மால் இயன்ற அளவுக்கு நேர்த்தியான பயனர் இடைமுகத்தை (UI) இலகுவாக அமைத்துள்ளோம். இதன்மூலம் பயனர்களான உங்களுக்கு சிறந்த பயனர் அனுபவம் (UX) கிடைக்கும் என எதிர்பார்க்கிறோம். 

அடுத்தகட்டமாக அன்ரொய்ட் இயங்குதளத்தில் இயங்குகின்ற திறன்பேசிகளில் தரவிறக்கி பயன்படுத்தக்கூடிய "Jaffnese - யாழ்ப்பாணீஸ்" செயலியை வெளியிடவுள்ளோம். அதற்கான வடிவமைப்புப் பணிகள் இடம்பெற்றுவருகின்றன. 

எமது குழு 

தற்போது சிறு அளவிலான அங்கத்தவர்களை கொண்டே எமது குழு இயங்கிவருகின்றது. இதில் பெரும்பான்மையானவர்கள் இலங்கை பல்கலைக்கழகங்களில் கணினியியல், முகாமைத்துவம், சமூகவியல், விஞ்ஞானம் ஆகிய துறைகளை சேர்ந்த யாழ்ப்பாண தமிழ் பட்டதாரிகள் ஆவார்கள். இதில் முதுமானிப் பட்டம் பெற்றவர்கள், முதுமானி மாணவர்களும் அடங்குவர். அவர்களுக்கென்று உத்தியோகம், தொழில் இருக்கின்ற போதிலும் தமக்கான நேரத்தில் ஒரு பகுதியை "Jaffnese - யாழ்ப்பாணீஸ்" இற்காக ஒதுக்கி தன்னார்வமாக செயற்பட்டுவருகின்றனர். 

அடுத்த ஐந்தாண்டு திட்டங்கள்

யாழ்ப்பாணத்தின் ஆண்டாண்டுகால பண்பாடு, கலாச்சார விழுமியங்களை சந்ததிகள் கடந்து கடத்துவதற்கான நிலையான தந்திரோபாய பொறிமுறை ஒன்றை வடிவமைத்து சமூகத்துக்கு வழங்குதல். 

பொருளாதாரத்துக்கு முன்னுரிமை என்ற அடிப்படையில் யாழ்ப்பாணத்தை மையமாக கொண்ட ஒரு ஏற்றுமதி அமைப்பை நிறுவுதல். இதன்மூலம் எம்மவர் தயாரிப்புகளுக்கு உலக சந்தைப்படுத்தல் வாய்ப்புக்களை பெற்றுக்கொடுத்தல்.

கல்வி, சமூக வலுவூட்டல், பொருளாதார அறிவூட்டல் போன்ற செயற்பாடுகளுக்காக தன்னார்வத் தொண்டர்களை ஒன்றுதிரட்டி சமூகத்துக்கு வழங்குதல்.

The beginning 

Jaffnese's first release "Jaffnese - Jaffna" is a fun Facebook meme page that fully reflects the memories, culture and cultural values of Jaffna. This page was launched during the period when the corona spread in Jaffna and the peninsula was completely paralyzed. While many charities were operating on a voluntary basis at the time, some pseudo-social organizations suddenly emerged and created early stage memes with a sense of humor to denounce them with a sense of humor while photographing themselves and their recipients and spreading them on social media with the aim of advertising themselves. As already mentioned in its sequel We started publishing memes that reflect the memories, culture and cultural values of Jaffna. We received overwhelming support from the people and they started sharing their memories. Due to such shares, the "Jaffnese - Jaffna" Facebook meme page has been functioning as a hub for exchanging memories of the people of Jaffna. Launched in April 2020, this page has received 10000 (10k) likes in eight months and is currently on track to reach 100000. Following this, in November 2020, the relevant page on Instagram is sharing memes together.

The Website

The dream came from our minds that there should be a site for Jaffna... It should include everything from contacts, jobs, education, essentials, emergency ... and that is the place where the solution to any need arises to a jaffnese. For that dream, our team has worked hard to plan and design it and we have launched the Beta Version at http://www.jaffnese.com on Thaipongal Day - 2021. There are many divisions and many data Compiled.

Because it is a project with a great purpose This site requires continuous evolution. We look forward to your feedback and suggestions from time to time as end users. According to the people of Jaffna We set up the user interface (UI) as easily as possible. thereby we expect, this will give you users a better user experience(UX). 

The next step is to release the "Jaffnese - யாழ்ப்பாணீஸ்" application that can be downloaded and used on smartphones running the Android operating system. Design work is underway. 

Our Team 

There are currently small amount of members are active in our group. The majority of these are Jaffna Tamil graduates from Sri Lankan universities in the fields of Computer Science, Management, Sociology and Science. This includes postgraduate holders and postgraduate students as well. Despite having jobs and careers for them, they volunteer a portion of their time for "Jaffnese - யாழ்ப்பாணீஸ்". 

Plans for the next five years

Developing and providing to the community a sustainable tactical mechanism for the transmission of the thousand years of culture and cultural values of Jaffna. 

Establishment of an Export System based in Jaffna based on Economic Priority. Through this we are gaining global marketing opportunities for our jaffna local products.

To mobilize volunteers for activities such as education, community empowerment, economic awareness and provide to the community.
